The following titles are all copyrighted by Flagship Games, and may not be used without the express, written permission of Flaship Games.:

And, finally,
"Our works are miniature wargames. Although they do deal with violence, we do not condone or encourage violence in any way. They also touch on the subjects of magic and science fiction. If you believe that any of our rule sets will allow you to use magic or objects of futuristic fantasy, we suggest that you seek professional psychiatric help. Immediately.
In playing and producing our games, we have utilized a number of miniature figures produced and sold by other companies. Some of these figures appear in photographs in our games and on our web page. Our use of these images is not intended as a challenge to those companies rights in any way, shape or form. We purchased and used them because we like them. Take it as a compliment guys.
We hereby grant permission for the owner(s) of any of our rule sets to photocopy any record or design sheets, templates and turn sheets necessary for the playing of our games. Please do not pirate (no pun intended) copies of our games for your friends or for resale. We are not charging that much, anyway. Do everyone in the struggling game industry a favor and vote with your dollars.
Don't eat our products. Don't stick them in an electrical outlet. Don't use them while bathing, driving, or operating heavy machinery. To avoid paper cuts, wear heavy leather gloves while turning the pages of our rule sets. Don't poke out you eye just because you think eye patches are cool. Don't cut off your hands or legs because you think hooks and peg legs are cool. Don't cheat unless you can get away with it or you happen to be a world-famous game designer like us.
Finally, and most importantly, have fun."
Sincerely,
Thomas Foss & Rod Thomson
